Over the past several weeks, while we’ve all been staying in and working from our home offices and kitchen tables, the Green Light Wireless team spent some time focusing on the customer experience of our brand. We reworked our logo, and restructured our website in order to make it easier for our customers to navigate.

Most notably, we developed an all-new brand dedicated to our business services. From now on, Green Light Wireless will focus only on Residential Broadband Services. The new face of our business services, powered by Frank and Stein Associates, is FSA Consulting.

The FSA Consulting website is the new home of our Managed IT Services, Business Phone Platform, Business Broadband, and Managed Wi-Fi Services.
What Will Change for Green Light Wireless Residential Broadband Customers?
Current Green Light Wireless Residential Broadband customers will continue to receive the same great service and responsive local support that they’ve always gotten from us.
The biggest change lies in the experience of our website. As stated above, GreenWifi.com will now feature our sleek new logo, and will no longer contain information about Business Services. Details about Managed IT Services, Business Phone Platform, Business Broadband, and Managed Wi-Fi Services can now be found at FSAConsulting.us.
Support outreach, billing, and all other necessary communications will continue to be conducted as they have been in the past.
