There are so many neighborhoods we love in Pittsburgh. (Don’t make us pick favorites, we refuse!) From Friendship to Bloomfield, to Shadyside and beyond, they each have their own unique personality. A Je ne sais quoi, if you will. While we can’t pick one favorite, we can pick a favorite to highlight—Lawrenceville—good old 15201.
With over 250 locally owned businesses on Penn Avenue and Butler Street alone and minutes from ‘Dahntahn’, Lawrenceville is a great place for lunch, a weekend, or your new home neighborhood. Our friends over at Visit Pittsburgh give Lawrenceville high praise, “If you’re looking for a fun, hip neighborhood with lots of cool things to do, spend the day in Lawrenceville?.” Tripadvisor included Lawrenceville among the City’s coolest neighborhoods.
Here are some of our favorite nooks and crannies of Lawrenceville.
